About Us

Jammit! Jam specializes in spreadable fruit for sophisticated palates using seasonal, whole-fruit, natural raw cane sugar, herbs or spices, and a splash of libation.  Our "jams" are produced in small-batches, still hand stirred and hand poured into each jar. Jammit! Jam is low in sugar, and we are a Certified Female Owned business.

Jammit! Jam began as a love of cooking and experimenting in the kitchen and has been winning awards almost since its inception.  The company was founded in January 2014 and started selling in August 2014 at a local farmers market.  Before we knew it, we were unable to keep up with local demand. We knew we had a jam gem when people were telling us that they were eating it directly out of jars with their spoon. We offer enticing flavors like Apple Cinnamon Bourbon or Peach Thyme Prosecco, and just recently added a Texas necessity, Garlic Pepper Jelly. Apple Cinnamon Bourbon smelled so good in my kitchen that we kept going in and out of the house just to experience the aroma again and again.

My Texas roots gave me the work ethic and the desire to share good food from my heart. My passion for delicious and sophisticated, but unpretentious, food came from my late father-in-law, a musician, lawyer and food writer. He inspired me to be creative in the kitchen and exposed me to new cuisines at the best restaurants. He encouraged me to expand my palate and to experiment with new ingredients and recipes.

Jammit! Jam’s flavors are so delicious because we are passionate about only using whole fruit and we use only pure cane sugar (no high fructose corn syrup or anything that isn't pure). Each jar of Jammit! has been carefully tested to insure perfect balance among ingredients—seasonal fruit, raw cane sugar, spices, herbs and libations. The alcohol is cooked out of the product so Jammit! is perfect for the whole family. We use our spoon as our symbol because if the finished jam wasn't spoon-worthy to eat right out of the jar, then we weren't done testing the recipe. Our method of cooking really allows the multiple layers of flavors to shine through. It’s always good on toast or with peanut butter, but it also pairs well with artisan cheeses, gourmet pastries and can even be warmed up as a sauce or chutney over meat, pork, duck or chicken or fish.

We hope they become your "Beyond Toast" jams.
